Dance at Highfield Humanities College

At Key Stage 3 Dance is taught to all pupils as part of their PE Course. In Key Stage 4 pupils can opt to take Dance as a full GCSE subject.

GCSE Dance is a popular subject which promotes knowledge, skill and understanding of Dance through performance, composition and appreciation of each pupil's own work and that of others.

Our Dance studio is part of our 500 seat Theatre which gives pupils first class facilities to rehearse and perform.

Dance performances can be seen in many of our school events including our Christmas and Easter Services at St Christopher's Parish Church.
