BTEC Science

BTEC Science is a vocational course and is firmly linked to the skills and knowledge needed for pupils to enter into the World of Work.

BTEC Science is taught for 5 hours per week for pupils who opt for this course.

It is assessed throughout the 2 years it is studied and pupils complete assignments and work throughout this period.

Our pupils enjoy this course as it contains plenty of opportunities for them to work in the laboratories.
Successful pupils will pass at one of these grades:  PASS,  MERIT and DISTINCTION.
