Frederick Taylor	Tue 11 May 2004 11:03:31 CEST I was at Highfield from 1934 to 1937, when i was Head boy. My family then went to Manchester. I served 5 years in the Royal Navy during the war, in the Med and the Pacific.I recall my form master was Mr.Arthur Stevens, and Irecall classmates called, Aquilla Tapsell, Percy Green, and Arthur? Smith. The Headmaster was Mr. John Charnley, and the Woodwork teacher was Mr Kitchen.Also I remember a Mr.Pearson. I now live in Andalucia, Southern Spain and would offer any help to the school with questions about Spain or the Euro.

Caroline Wolf (nee H	Thu 08 Apr 2004 12:44:59 CEST Left school, started work and still working. Still see old school chums around. My God Son starts school in Sept 04. Hope he enjoys it as much as I did. My mum was the photograper on Highfield Road, Shirley Hill every one and there dog knows her. She has now retired and loving it.
