Fri 23 Aug 2002 20:11:02 CEST Yes!! I may be in the wronge place asking the wronge questions about a time to far back, but here goes. I am looking for information about a lady that attended Highfield school in the 1940's. I am hoping someone from a reunion may know of her whereabouts. Here goes. Her name now is MARY RICHARDSON. Her maiden name was PEARSON. She lived at 144 Midgeland Road in the 1940's/50's. She attended Highfield school. At the same address lived a THOMAS PERRY & STANLEY CHAPMAN. I am trying to get in touch with her for genealogy reasons. Her mothers name was NELLIE and she is buried in the Carleton Cemetery. I am hoping she still lives in Blackpool and someone may know of her. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Wed 21 Aug 2002 05:39:24 CEST Left school in 88 to become an Electrician and then went on to become an Electrical Engineer on Eurofighter at BAE Systems, now spending a lot of my working time in Germany, where I met up with another ex pat Simon Squires who was out for a month to cover the Mechanical Engineers job. Think I will be moving to Germany for the next 3 years to carry on the role of the Electrical liason Engineer for the Eurofighter project. Good to see some old names that I can remember.

Tue 20 Aug 2002 04:53:57 CEST Does anyone remember the metalwork teacher Peter Lambson? He was my form tutor in the 4th and 5th year. He left Highfield when we left and went to Palatine (sad person). I just wondered how he was getting on!
