Not really funny to see the old place after all this time. Some things seem to have changed so much and other things not at all

I have recently found this website and found it very interesting. Ex pupil from 1958 to 1962 I think those were the years. Grey cells going now. Headmistress was Miss Bloomer who I met a few years ago, as I was a Girl Guide leader and she had a great deal to do with guides. Been in touch with past students, namely Susan Crouch, (2) Christine Jacksons, one in USA and one in Australia, past school mates were Barbara Bradley, Enid Taylor, Mary Hitchen, (unfortunately now not with us). A past head girl - Julia Hardman is also godmother to my youngest son, he is now 26. So any past pupils get in touch. HOW ABOUT A REUNION!!!!

Hiya all, can't remember that much about school ( well I can but try not to as it reminds me I am getting old!)
I'm still knocking about Blackpool and I'm married to another ex student (Jason Jump ) and we've got 2 lovely little boys.
I spend 8+ months of the year arguing out the ferrari v mclaren debate on various F1sites I contribute to and the rest of the season and off season is spent trying to look busy and writing motorsports biogs for other sites....Thats really the only 'work' I do.... yeah I am still very lazy!!! :D

Hi Sir how's it going. I'm not too bad, coming home in two weeks for Christmas. So that's something to look forward to. I might be coming into school to see the teachers if I'm back in time and get my G.C.S.E certificates even though I don't need them. After Christmas, might be home again at Easter but if I'm not it could be up to two years because I go to sea, but you never no what will happen hopefully going to become a Royal Marines Commando so that should be a good challenge but any way I have to go so bye!

Cool site.

Nice to see second year camp is still going, it was one of the highlights of my time of highfield as I'm sure it was for many pupils.

I escaped Blackpool sometime ago now and get to play with computers at Lancaster University.

A big 'Hello' to anyone who remembers me. Feel free to email me if you want to say 'Hi'.

Great to find this web-site. Looking through all the entries from people who were there round about the same time as myself - some of the teachers names and the memories. There were some wicked weekends at Snows Heights with Mr Fieldon - I remember we even went after we'd left school. Can't believe it's 21 years since I left, great times, didn't think so at the time!!! Still keep in touch with a few of my old friends - Louise, Karen, Debbie. Really good to find this site - good luck with it.
