Teenage litterbugs and their parents are being taught an important lesson in respecting their community. Pick up your litter or pick up a fine! If you drop litter - you may be in for a BIG surprise! Blackpool Borough Council togeter with other local councils are preparing to get to grips with litter and use new powers to punish people who don't use bins. Interactive Whiteboards Installed in every Classroom! Highfield Humanities College is proud to be able to say that everyone of it's 52 teaching classrooms are installed with Promethean interactive Whiteboards.
