Becoming a Library Monitor in Highfield's Library.

We have a wonderful group of Student Librarians at Highfield who have responsibility for the day-to-day activity at break and lunchtimes. If you would like to become part of our team please see Mrs Simpkin or Mrs Woloncewicz who will organise for you to be trained in all aspects of library work from operating the Oliver Library Management System to refiling resources in the appropriate areas according to the Dewey Classification System. You will be involved in helping fellow students choose books for homework or study purposes and be able to make recommendations from our huge selection of fantastic fiction.
